I think the current USAID spend is 0.35% of 1% of GNP. The loss of goodwill (if you treat it as a balance sheet asset) will cost a lot most. USAID has been a very successful. The goodwill generated by this ‘soft power’ has earned the USA much respect around the world. And rightfully so. I guess a scientist can no longer use a non-binary operation in analyzing the data from the results of an experiment?
In our experiment we used the following non-binary operations:
f(x1,x2,…,xn)=x1+x2+⋯+xn
From now on we will only use two inputs, to keep them all binary.
