Natural immunity is at least as good as vaccine immunity and probably is better. Remember when we had to get vaccinated to protect other people? Being vaccinated doesn’t protect other people any more than it protects ourselves. It turns out even vaccinated people can get Covid and get it again and again. Not only that, but people who are immune can still spread Covid. Remember when you were wiping down doorknobs, keyboards, and your phone with Clorox wipes? Turns out that it’s mostly airborne. Even so, masking provides precious little protection, if any.
It’s a vaccine that has been injected into hundreds of millions of arms after having been tested on six mice!
Despite the dubious protection it provides, it looks like Big Pharma wants us to be boosting constantly.
It seems to increase the likelihood of vaccinated people to get other serious diseases or become victim to various other potentially fatal conditions (myocarditis comes to mind).
Remind me again: Why should anyone get the shot?
I know some of you can’t stand Jimmy Dore, so try to ignore him and look at the evidence he presents here. First, some of you may not know that he begins talking about a morning show talking head named Joe Scarborough who has a show named Morning Joe (Joe as in coffee…get it?).

Look at the evidence.
BTW, from the beginning of the pandemic until fairly recently, this expert was pretty much a mouthpiece for the CDC, but now she thinks the pandemic may have been overstated somewhat.
January 29, 2023 at 5:27 am #46655I like that lady. Made perfect sense.

My thoughts exactly 😂 😂 😂
January 29, 2023 at 2:27 pm #46662Did you know that the actual infection of Covid can also cause myocarditis? Which one do you think is worse? I’ll give you two tries
January 29, 2023 at 6:29 pm #46671Excess deaths (deaths greater than to be expected for a certain period) are way up in areas where the pandemic is largely under control. So, while the jabs may have controlled Covid (debatable), the jabs seem to have increased mortality from other causes such as diabetes and heart disease.

I don’t know how to answer you since you presented no evidence.

This occurred to me as a response. If you look at Dr. Campbell’s posts on excess deaths above, you’ll realize that myo/pericarditis is just one risk increased by Covid vaccination, so the choice between the admittedly low risk of myo/pericarditis is bundled together with a number of other risks when you get vaccinated.
BTW, that high school grad, business genius, farmland hooverer, Epstein islander, and pandemic expert Bill Gates recently admitted that Covid as a fatal disease is primarily a disease of the elderly.
Now that it’s clear the the promise that the vaccine would keep us from getting infected or infecting others is false. In fact, nowadays, most Covid deaths are of vaccinated people. I didn’t make that up. That’s according to the CDC:
I am wondering if I made a mistake to get the shot and four boosters even if it made me less susceptible to Covid, which it may not have, but made me more susceptible to a number of other diseases and conditions.

I’m not a vaccine skeptic. I’m just a skeptic. And Covid, which is being treated by Big Pharma as a major opportunity for ongoing profits, should be making us all skeptical as hell.
One reason to be skeptical is that Big Pharma (Pfizer in this instance) wants to stifle debate:
Of course, that’s not an isolated case. Youtube, Twitter, and the major news sources play along with the CDC and Big Pharma by not just reporting their positions but by suppressing disagreement as well. Contrary voices are stifled in various ways including being totally deplatformed (Youtube, Twitter, for example).
January 30, 2023 at 4:52 am #46689This is another topic perhaps not quite as opaque as Ukraine and yet it would take a great investment in time to have confidence in my opinions. So damn politicized also.
There was certainly some BS at the outset from the left. I stopped wearing a mask although i try to steer clear of humans in public. I didn’t get the most recent booster. I don’t know man. If anyone has a source they think is credible and not terribly biased do tell.
January 30, 2023 at 1:46 pm #46691The facts I have garnered are as such. You can google them easily from tons of scientific sources. I’ll just post a few. You won’t look at them anyways. You have to read and they won’t grab you by your hormones. There are thousands of papers that back what I will say. If you want to rely on YouTube nurses researching from their kitchen table, left wing comedians suddenly turned conservative and assorted bloggers all making money from view counts; as your data sources you are fuct any ways.
Official death toll is approaching 7 Million
Additional excess deaths are by lowest boundaries estimated at ~6 million so 13 Million deaths. Poorer countries didn’t test much.

The vaccines prevent death by providing some immunity that wanes over time. At first the vaccines even protected against infection, but like the flu this virus mutates very fast and so you can still get Covid but at least it won’t be new to your immune system. Covid has become less deadly but more contagious. This is a common trajectory for pandemic disease as they become endemic over time.

Natural immunity is an idiotic plan. You have to first survive the disease to get it. Lots of anti-vax preachers found this out.
Every medicine has side effects. The side effects from the Covid vaccine are typically milder than if you get the disease. As populations got vaccinated, the death tolls started dropping sharply. Young males have the highest rate of issues cause by the vaccine. There are gonna be a few unlucky, very improbable cases as with any drug. Most do recover. A few die. The number is statistically insignificant to the number of deaths prevented. Today people will also die in the cars. Everything has risk. The people who are were saved, don’t know it and won’t be talking or blogging about it. Numerous real studios on this. Look for them.

mRNA technology is just getting started. Gonna be many other useful vaccines.
Now we have measles in Ohio thanks to all the Trumps Q army of antivaxxers and people capitalizing on the wave of right wing nationalism.

PS: If you believe the extent of Covid clinical trials was limited to 6 mice before official roll-out, you may want to have your own cognitive functionality tested. I read the papers. The evil “Big Pharma”, even under barely contained capitalism, has been extending human lifespans for decades.
January 30, 2023 at 3:03 pm #46692No one enjoys properly wearing an N95 mask. It blocks the spit and nose goo particles that contain the virus, even though virus particles are small enough to get through. It’s a matter of degree. Masks and vaccines are not digital. Not 0 or 100%. There is a statistical curve and why is this so fucking difficult to understand?
January 30, 2023 at 4:20 pm #46695Thanks a lot Robert. No longer wearing a mask is more my personality defect than it is questioning masks. I had no knowledge of measles in Ohio or young men having greater vaccine complications and lost track of the number of deaths. I do however agree with Doctor Wen that distinctions in covid deaths are sensible. Everything else you’ve written on the topic i agree. I will read or at least skim your links.
I used to have shit immunity to viruses seemingly getting colds and or flu every year or other year. Since i quit my law practice and exercised like a loon i don’t remember getting a cold or a flu although i feel them coming on but waning without serious symptoms. Does my apparent good immune system make me less susceptible to covid?
January 30, 2023 at 6:29 pm #46698Dr. Campbell is hardly “just a nurse.” He’s a qualified medical pro at the doctorate level who is clearly well enough educated to read and understand academic articles in the medical arena. Besides, where is this low opinion of nurses coming from?
Poor countries aside, Campbell has discussed excess deaths in first world countries (the UK and US) that are distressing enough to warrant more attention than they seem to be getting.
You claim that the pandemic has saved 3 million lives may, as Dr. Leona Wen contends, may not be trustworthy due to overcounting. The proximate cause may have been congestive heart failure or a stroke, but it seems that if they also were positive for Covid, it went down as a Covid statistic.
You rightly point out that with many infectious diseases once they run their course subsequent mutations often occur which are less lethal while being more contagious which is good, because it can spread natural immunity which is better immunity. Seems many never got the memo, though.
“Natural immunity is an idiotic plan. You have to first survive the disease to get it. Lots of anti-vax preachers found this out.” And yet, science tells us, and even Dr. Fauci now admits, that natural immunity is better. Ironically, he was saying this before the pandemic, then stopped saying it, and lately has come back to saying it again.
And yet, people who had had the disease and survived were being forced to get the jab or lose their jobs or their freedom of movement.
“The evil ‘Big Pharma’, even under barely contained capitalism, has been extending human lifespans for decades.” And here in the US we have to pay them whatever ask, pretty much, as compared with other countries. Their lobbyist’s assault on democracy is relentless with approximately two lobbyists for every Federal legislator. Between campaign donations and the prospect of lucrative jobs after they leave Congress, there’s little doubt why we pay so much more than anyone else.
Now, perhaps the most concerning aspect of the pandemic isn’t medical, it’s political. In the guise of protecting us from misinformation (a repackaging of what we used to call “dissent”), we’ve had to endure the suppression of our cherished free speech. Enduring dissent—even protecting it—is the sign of a healthy democracy, is it not? And yet contrarian voices have been and still are being suppressed on Youtube and other online media and within the mainstream media sources. Youtube channels covering dissenting voices and views go into week- or weeks-long timeouts or are even totally deplatformed permanently.
Is that what we want? Why stop there? How about dissenting views on military spending or wokeism> Or Republican or Democrat talking points. Trump wanted to put difficult journalists into jail, which appalled most of us. And yet now, because of pandemic hysteria, that camel’s nose is well under the tent.
The standard being enforced by nameless non-experts doing enforcement for Youtube and other media is whatever the current CDC position is. And yet, the CDC was wrong on many things they initially said about the disease (e.g., that it was transmitted on surfaces not airborne). They promoted masks including simply bandanas covering the mouth at first. Later, they promoted actual masks. Now, while it’s scientifically provable that masks work, that fact needs to be qualified: a good mask (N95 or KN95) worn properly works. The problem is that most people, even those with the “good” N95 of KN95 don’t wear them properly. They don’t create a tight seal at the nose or they don’t pull the mask under their chin, for example.nFinally, the CDC is admitting that mistakes were made and are trying to rehabilitate their reputation frittered away by their several major reversals or confusing messages.
