Is it any wonder that men are preferring their male friends and “Rosey Palm” to getting involved with women.

Men have a responsibility to support their children ethically and legally. Children need a man in the house because women tend to want to be friends with and not alienate their children. Men, by contrast and ideally, are authoritarian and are more likely to set and enforce rules even if their kids hate them for it. Kids (and women, often)…[Read more]

Paglia’s Sexual Personae, which I read in college, is part of my personal view of gender issues to this day. She is a lesbian atheist who, while politically conservative, is an advocate for androgyny and LGBTQ issues on the one hand but strong and separate gender identities and roles as well.

@ Simon, you may have the gender power dynamic backwards:

Feminist delusions. “Men don’t like me because I’m too pretty and too smart.” Might it be the tattoos? the online posting of photos of your ass? the wacky wardrobe choices? the cigarette smoking?

Terrifying because it’s virtually impossible to defend against. Send a swarm of drones out each one keyed in on a target on an ordered list of targets, one of them the main target. Because they hive-mindedly communicate with each other and are executing a program, if the drone which had the main target gets taken out, one of the other drones drops…[Read more]

Men and women have been bestowed disparate talent sets which is a major reason why there’s a gender divide.
Think about why are there no (or at least so few) great woman painters whereas women, at least nowadays, are fully equal to men in the letters? Why no major conductors (the top 10 symphonic orchestras all have male conductors)…[Read more]
