@Unseen why should an entire race of dogs have to pay, because some does not know how to keep ? Or why do they have to pay if there are only a “few” bad members of the race?

Now I know people whom have had both american and british pit bulls. Which never attacked anyone, they where the sweetest more adorable dogs you could imagine. They even stood guard when children where crying and stuff like that.

@Unseen most will, they do not acctualy care, as long as the Secretary does not enforce creationism in school and as long, as he can keep his believes to him self (though at the moment it does not look like it).

In general, we are a very non-religious. Though certain parts of the country, has a high concentration of strong christians. In extension we also have a Secretary of Religions and the Church.
