True, but when the ACA’s health care enables kids with non-fatal birth defects to reproduce, those defects may remain in the gene pool, making future generations less fit.
Anecdotally at least, prosperity correlates with sociopathy and with fitness. Who is surprised that Republicans don’t want to spend money on health care for those less able to pay for it?
