I like a choice of gods – I can cherry pick exactly which attributes suit my moods on any given day. Yesterday, it was the god of hot bath water that received my abject gratitude. Today, the god of pool filters was mysteriously absent when I needed him (pool filters are heavy and messy, hence my gender attribution). Don’t even mention the bloody cat god – damn cats ate the tops off all my seedlings.
