    How the fuck can they discharge a girl from the ER with no ID, drugged up on narcotics and pain killers with stitches in her skull, battered and bruised with no money, no place to go, no phone, who is totally out of it and can’t even talk without slurring.

    What. The. Fuck.

    This is the country I live in.

    I’d guess they couldn’t secure her insurance details…

     

    Pretty fucking disgusting, really. I think universal health care is probably one of my criteria for choosing a country in which to live… Sorry USA, you’re too Second/Third world for me.
