    Am I understanding this correctly? They have now said on a FEDERAL level that if a person has a domestic violence restraining order against them, their ability to have a gun restricted is unconstitutional?

    is this for real?

    That’s……fucking crazy. (Sorry). I currently have a DV protection order against someone who can now legally own a gun?

    I really would be safer in Nicaragua 😂
