Why is the Democratic Party so hated?

Is it because Democrat leaders don’t talk like normal people? They can’t say “pregnant woman,” substituting “pregnant person.”; they insist on reciting their pronouns and want you to recite yours, they insist on saying “unhoused” and seem to find something wrong with “homeless.”

All of these add up to telling the voter “You are stupid” or “you are insensitive” while the typical voter wants to hear someone who talks like they do and isn’t looking down on them.
