    Let’s start with the sudden riskiness of trying to deal with infertility in some of the more conservative states. For example, if an embryo is a legal person and there are a dozen embryos frozen, can they be discarded if it turns out they are no longer needed? Is not implanting them going to be a crime.

    The Supreme Court probably didn’t think a lot of the issues which will crop up through.
