Good point, I think the terms are scientific Validity and Soundness. As these refer to the actual premises & conclusion of a persons arguments.
Scientific Integrity refers to honesty and transparency of scientific research.
For example a study may have Scientific integrity but it’s Conclusions may be wrong ( due to lack of knowledge, instruments used ect). Its is not valid or sound.

In the same way in my Opinion I think Earls conclusions on evolution are not Valid and not sound.
However I don’t think I can say anything about his integrity.
If I began to make conclusions about his integrity. Then rather than looking at his conclusions I would be focusing on his character.
When one starts to make arguments about the person rather than the subject of enquiry. One is moving away from scientific & logical arguments.
The creationist often use this against scientists. The Ad hominem argument. One of the worst ways to go about finding the scientific truths
