Unseen, good video.

It would be helpful to have a litany of ways in which racism is expressed and leads to disadvantages. It would go on for days i suspect. So many Whites look askance at Blacks when they are seeking ANYTHING. I have heard so many stories from Black girlfriends. There is discrimination in Blacks seeking leases. There are cops who target Blacks. There are as you mentioned stores where there is racial profiling-look out for Blacks shoplifting. I had a legal assistant who was instructed to do so. Really, it is endless. And the psychological impact is horrible. For anyone who has experienced or been target of racial shit they can relate. And you are absolutely right that many conservatives espouse the myth that everything is equal in terms of opportunity. I mean there is no call for trick laws that address hate crimes.
