The knee jerk answer is he would be in favor of choice. Let people decide on their own to don or shun masks.

I think he would probably be against government mandates but like the notion of penalties for failure to vaccinate and use masks. He hated government control of individuals but he also railed against bullshit in all of its manifestations. So he would ridicule the anti vaxxers and their conspiracies. He would encourage masks and vaccines notwithstanding his misanthropy. I think he would like my idea about fuck the people who knowingly refuse vaccines without medical excuses when they can’t pay for treatment or whenever anyone who has taken precautions is competing for care.
