    Kristina,

I’m not a Doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but my real Doctor suggested Melatonin for my own sleep problems.  I use it on nights when I don’t have to get up for work and it seems to do well.

I use OTC Melatonin pills, but others use an OTC Melatonin tincture.  You may want to ask your Doctor to see if it would be suitable for your situation.

Rest assured, there’s no obligation, no boxes of any kind are required to use Melatonin, and no regional version of Roy D. Mercer will call. 😁

I’ve been using melatonin for the past couple of weeks. There was a point where it seemed like it was helping, but then I had a few consecutive bad nights. Who knows.

    Kristina,

Sorry to hear the Melatonin didn’t work.  Physiologies and your miles may vary on these things.

I have heard some suggest that staying away from computers, pads, smartphones, and devices for an hour before bed, but I never could totally manage that.  There’s always something else beckoning.

I did manage to sleep better last night after using the stretch bands and the ab-wheel.  Maybe that’s a possibility.
