Your question regarding “members are like donkeys”. Have you read the Law and Prophets from Genesis to Malachi (The Old testament) at least once? You are correct the Eternal has his scribes the prophets write down reality- the blood, guts , gore, David having adultery with Bathsheba then killing her husband Uriah the Hittite—all that man does to man.
If it were not so, what use is a god of stone or wood that doesn’t speak, hear, feel, etc. I’d question a “religion” that is full of platitudes but no substance or reality. The Eternal describes pretty much everything about the earth, animals, plants, mankind, etc. In sum, The Eternal made a promise to Abraham that his descendants would be like the stars of heaven. He remembered them and brought up Moses to bring them out of Egypt. After all the signs, wonders in Egypt – Pharaoh begged them to leave. From Exodus through Daniel – Israel and Judah (two completely different nations) constantly did not obey the Eternal and bowed to many “gods” even burning their own children to Moloch like the countries around them. 3 things then I’ll quit for now. 1) This world we are living in is NOT the Eternal’s world. It is Lucifer’s. Lucifer was given dominion over the earth and just about everything we can think of that we call “human” nature- is really Lucifer/Satan’s nature- from anarchy, to mayhem, jealousy, envy, lust, backstabbing, etc. etc. 2. Man does know good and evil; lately man has been calling evil what is good and good what is evil. 3. No one but no one can argue or someone else to believing in the Eternal. As it says in John twice- no one can come to Me (Jesus) unless the Father draws him. That is mind-blowing actually. Not one person from Abraham to Noah to the Apostles came running to God- no one does. We (you and I) have to be literally dragged to him (ie. Jonah). I hope this provokes some interest. No one can open your eyes (mind) to the truth of the existence of the God of Abraham unless He grants it.

For 160 years now, archeology, biology, chemistry, astronomy, etc. has proven more and more that the references to peoples, places and times recorded by Moses and others are very accurate. I know this displeases many. For example, Charles Darwin wrote that if the cell turns out to be more than a blob then he would have to re-evaluate his thoughts. As we know now- the cell is essentially a city of ingress, egress, rotors, motors, brushes, simply amazing is the individual cell for all living beings. It’s one thing to reverse engineer- as some countries have done with our nuclear devices; it’s quite another to have the symbiotic relationship we see in nature our world- from the juxtaposition of our sun, moon and earth–if one of the three were even more than a percentage off there would be no life as we know it on Earth. Uncovering the myriad number of mathematic, science rules and laws that govern our world is awesome; but who put them into play. It’s beyond comprehension that people really think our world just came together for no apparent reason or cause but would in no wise say the I-Phone was not designed, manufactured, tested, quality controlled etc. As John Lennon once said- living is easy with eyes closed misunderstanding (purposefully) all your see.
