Horse racing is fraught with moral issues but is to the systematic and unchecked animal holocaust of 10 billion animals in US ALONE and most of which have horrifying lives a mere atom in a zoo? Yea i will grant you that.

The fact that the great majority go along with it or never even have even a morsel of compunction or doubt does not change the FACTS. And it is not necessary. Then again civilization is utterly FUCKED.
