    • I’m glad to help shed light on the self-delusion necessary to faith. The No True Scotsman fallacy doesn’t apply with me because I genuinely believed. I believe it met some emotional and developmental needs I had at the time and I simply outgrew it. My mother always believed religion was a crutch, and I think that is true for many people.
