I think it’s a mourning of my loved ones who have passed, and mourning that I’ll never see them again. I think that I’m just still working through the whole idea that there is no Heaven, and there’s no Hell, but particularly, no Heaven. I was wondering how different atheists/nonreligious folks deal with grief, without the comfort of a belief in an afterlife. I’ve been having issues with this lately, and I’m wondering if anyone had suggestions.
