Perhaps The Warning’s best-recorded live show yet. Very well done.

While I warn people to resist thinking of The Warning as a “girl group” or “chick band,” because they deserve to be considered as a rock band without an asterisk, at the same time, I stumbled on this photo of Pau posting in an outfit leaving her midriff bare and, as a guy who’s photographed easily 200+ beautiful young women, I must say that her tummy leaves little to be desired.

    I want a poster-size image.

A secret wish finally fulfilled: The Warning playing La Bamba, the Mexican folk song turned into a rock and roll hit by Richie Valens (Valenzuela) back in the 1960’s.

Moving up (wrt gaining recognition)! Some hints of their newest music are popping up, too. I didn’t post the video you posted, half expecting it to be taken down, as (iirc) it’s obviously a Latin Grammy production, without attribution cited by WarningLand. Several other recordings rushed out did not even come close to the audio quality of this one.

Here’s the only video posted about it (so far) at The Warning’s youtube channel.
15 minutes in decent stereo. In Miami, preshow and more. Turn on captions for English:

    @ PopeBeanie

But the video quality of the clip I put up is the the quality of the actual TV performance and your clip is mostly NOT the music! I can do without voyeuristically watching them get their hair and makeup done. LOL

I agree and didn’t say anything to the contrary. Still wouldn’t surprise me if it gets taken down, as a 3rd party put it up, and The Warning didn’t put a version of it up on their channel for some reason.

I can do without voyeuristically watching them get their hair and makeup done.

I posted it for anyone interested in a day in the life of production on a big day for them, their sense of humor, and so on… it didn’t feel to me like voyeurism at all. LOL, it wasn’t like Trump walking into a beauty pageant dressing room unannounced!

Edit: Just realized maybe you thought I was referring to my video when I said “this one”? I was referring to yours as having the high quality.

Here’s a great new studio live production of Escapism. They’ve added really nice visuals, especially in the lighting and camera work, a few tweaks to the mixing, audio effects, and musical phrasings.

I didn’t pay much attention to the song above until this newest video came out. It’s so well done, I’ll add a reactor’s analysis of it, and his view on what makes The Warning unique and significant as rising stars. Twenty three minutes, counting a more optional (but still enlightening) post-analysis:

The Warning just released a new song. It’s named Kerosene.

    Here’s the lyric video:

I saw the vids within an hour or so of coming out, plus a couple reactions (including Don-Music’s) who loved them. I didn’t post, hoping you would! Don pointed out some of the advanced sounds and rhythms they were producing. While not liking the high amount of audio processing, he said he understands how it could be a big hit.

I REALLY like the new Escapism, studio-live version (posted above)… in spite of some heavy processing in it.

This next new song, Ritual, is interesting, definitly breaking the mold. The only song close to its complexity is their cover of Metallica’s Atlas Rise. It has complex time signatures, which Don-Music has figured out (mostly) and explained. I’m not posting their first performance, which is live, but the last 5 minutes of Don’s 41 minute analysis because he remixed the stems to improve the hearabililty of what was originally recorded. I’d wait to post a full version that’s professionally recorded, which should be easier to parse out the parts and rhythms.
