DavisParticipantShow me mobilization of troops
http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/22/politics/pentagon-f-22-raptor-f-35-upgrades/index.html
This is what I was talking about. That is not mobilization. It is not even close. This is what I mean by hysterical over reaction. They are not mobilizing troops. They are showing off technology and threatening doom like little boys on twitter.
I have family in Vancouver who are also in the line of fire and in Japan and South Korea they are much closer to North Korea than Seattle and much more likely target…and yet you don’t see a mass of people freaking out for their lives and calling out the inevitable war. They would do so if a CLEAR threat was made and there was ACTUAL mobilization happening (not showing off plains or rockets). There is nothing to gain by giving into rampant paranoia and uncontrolled fear. It is toxic and accomplishes nothing.

Participant@Davis Wow. Honestly I had no idea it was like that. In Spain? Really!??? Damn that is too bad. That was on my list of possibilities to become an expat. Wtf. Well I digress. What the fuck do I know.
I guess honestly safety itself is a delusion. I host monthly meeting with high ranking military officers monthly and I get an insiders look into things going on right here in Seattle. I suppose the difference is we don’t have armed guards lining the streets. Yet. But the security threats that our military fight on a DAILY basis that go undercover under wraps and without public knowledge (because if they knew they would not be able to sleep at night)..,are unbelievable. So who is safe? Really I guess no one is. But the thought of a nuke landing here scares me to death. So does the looming earthquake we’re supposed to have at any given moment. Honestly Davis it’s not an American thing. It’s a mental illness thing. I’m fucking crazy. Just ignore me

US Bombers are in action off the course of NK right now. Seismic activity was detected this morning at a NK nuclear site….

Sigh. That is not mobilization. The US has been flying planes close to North Korea for decades. They also fly drones over Russia and planes and boats near China and Cuba for a long time. And yet…notice that none of them have been invaded since the war.
When Bush Jr (and before with Bush Sr.) mobalized for action in Iraq…how did he mobilize troops, fleets of planes and boats, gear, arsenals of weapons, aircraft carriers, tanks, thousands of bombs etc? What exactly did they do for the many many weeks before the first strike happened on Iraqi soil?
