The 2020 Secular voter survey summary report.
As members of the religion of peace continue to carry out barbaric acts of murder in the name of their imaginary god, we need to bear in mind the importance of Blasphemy. I mean, if their god was real why would she be worried about social media posts? She has never even posted a selfie! The mistreatment of activists who speak out continues much to the shame of Islam who see heretics everywhere.
Evangelicals should aspire to have greater moral and intellectual integrity. Some “true Christians” have a very poor concept of caring for their neighbors. And yet the insincere and deceitful are elevated by the applause of morons. What Evangelicals need is a genuine faith leader they can follow and a legal system they can depend on and overseen by one of the two Mike’s. The Liars for Jesus, all of whom look like adults, will have a new Rapture date soon unless the asteroid gets us first.
Them Christians do seem to love their super-spreader events though as they experience the “joy of salvation” in worshiping at their altar of selfishness. The Cuddly One should wear a mask too.
Mexico asks the Cuddly One for an apology for church’s role in the Spanish conquest. My advice is not to stay up waiting for one.

Wow. ! Blasphemy and “assuming the gender!” That’s a double burn right there! Offending and triggering the Jihadis and the Social Justice Warriors both at once For The Win! 😁
October 25, 2020 at 4:05 pm #33819Reg,
Why do you call Pope Francis “The Cuddly One?” He may not be as eerie and ugly as Benedict XVI, and even John Paul II had a face like Swee’Pea, but I wouldn’t save bunk space for any of them! Might get way too frisky!

October 25, 2020 at 4:45 pm #33822Thanks Reg!
October 25, 2020 at 4:54 pm #33823The way I see it….I “christened” the previous Pope “God’s Rottweiler”. He decided he could no longer be bothered to be the Christian gods’ managing director on Planet Earth. He was replaced by the new M.D. who said that we atheists were better than hypocritical Catholics. So I “christened” him too 🙂

Yes, I am not normally so polite but that is only because I am in my safe space 🙂
I have the words “I am Raif Badawi” tattooed in Arabic on my elbow.
October 25, 2020 at 10:06 pm #33840I gave up trying to discover any fallacies in that article when I realized it wouldn’t stop scrolling. In addition to rotting my brain, they seem to want to put me into a strait-jacket.
October 25, 2020 at 11:09 pm #33841I did not have any “auto scrolling” problem. The street preachers and house callers often use this form of apologetic “reasoning”. Science and Faith are not compatible but they never stop trying to justify their beliefs by criticizing Science.
Science has no concerns about religious beliefs. Science have no need religious faith. On one hand they try to demonstrate their reasons for believing in a god by repeating the same old and long debunked teleological and ontological “proofs”, while on the other hand demonstrating the paucity of their understanding of the scientific subjects and scientists they argue against.
Not only do they misunderstand Science but they also fear it. They fear it because Science has analyzed and documented religious belief – all the facets of it – anthropological, historical, social and psychological. Science understands why people need to believe in gods.
If you don’t want to be put into a strait-jacket then just tell them what they want to hear! That normally keeps them happy 🙂

Of course Big Papa Francis thinks we Atheists are good if we do good things…
And the ultimate good thing we can do in his eyes is admit we are miserable born sinners, join the Mother Church, be informed of our other sins of thought, intent, and deed, and be filled with more perpetual guilt which can be assuaged only with grovelling, tithes, indulgences, bequeathments, and other cuts of the mouse take.
See how this works? Francis isn’t giving up the franchise, especially one in which he’s regarded as infallible in all matters ex cathedra. Francis ain’t stupid.
Speaking of franchises, I never have been plussed by the Vatican’s pronouncements on free-market Capitalism.
Until the Holy See pays the heirs of people extorted to pay indulgences to get souls out of Hell…
Until the Holy See pays the heirs of heretics and witches whose property was forfeit to the Church upon their execution…
Until the Holy See returns expropriated lands of indigenous peoples visited by missionaries and sympathetic State powers…
All the Big Papas need to shut up about the morality of Capitalism.
At least modern private companies provide real goods and services that people willingly buy and provide jobs people willingly work and have done something real to fight poverty. What has The Vatican done besides “thoughts and prayers?”
October 26, 2020 at 12:00 am #33843I did not have any “auto scrolling” problem.
Hmm. A problem on one computer but not the one I’m on now.
October 26, 2020 at 1:12 am #33844What has The Vatican done besides “thoughts and prayers?”
I recently heard a comedian – Anthony Jeselnik – talking about the vanity of the “thoughts and prayers” posters on social media. He compared them to a wedding photographer who only took selfies 🙂
Anyway there is an app for that!
October 26, 2020 at 1:14 am #33845Unseen – if the problem was on a tablet then make sure nothing is stuck on the touchscreen. If on a laptop then update the touch-pad drivers, even if a mouse is attached.

Actually both were Windows 10 Dell laptops. It’s the later generation one that has the problem.
October 26, 2020 at 5:59 am #33847Reg,
So with the “Thoughts and Prayers” App, it’s not just virtue signalling, but virtue blasting and virtue spamming.
This problem gives rise to a new product: a filter that only allows virtue signals to come through with attached documentation of a related good deed. 💩🛡
I guess the app name could be “Realz Not Feelz,” “Street Cred,” or “Doubting Thomas.”
I would want this app to be so powerful, nothing from Big Papa Francis or any other do-nothing illusion peddler could get through and clutter up devices and minds.
Even without such a filter, Francis doesn’t even have me fooled with his phony “Who am I to judge?” take on LGBTQ+ people:
Don’t let Pope Francis’ nice words confuse you. The Church is still discriminating against us.
In other words, Pope Francis’ support for “civil unions” doesn’t equal support for same-sex marriage, and support for same-sex marriage wouldn’t equal support for sexual enjoyment for LGBTQ+ couples, since homosexual sex is still considered a “disordered” sin.
Also–not mentioned in the article but just as ridiculous–the Catholic Church still condemns In-Vitro Fertilization, so Lesbian or Transgendered unions still couldn’t have families with children under Big Papa Francis.
And even if Big Papa Francis changed his mind entirely on all LGBTQ+ issues, he still would think everyone is equally Originally Sinful pieces of offal.
Big Papa Francis and all his supporters can go cuddle themselves.
