This weekend, my cousin will be getting her dog blessed. Having both refused to go and said that it was about as worthwhile as blessing the bathtub, I strongly believe it is a waste of time.

I really shouldn’t be mad. Change takes time. I see people as brainwashed by parents, but how far does it go back? Until religion and death were the only choices?

It’s what riles me. That so many don’t think fully for themselves. Just makes me mad.

I gave people the benefit of the doubt for decades, until I finally realized that most of them really believe in myths of one denomination or another. By then it was too late to be mad at them, because I also realized that every culture’s kids grow up to believe in whatever the culture’s traditions have been for hundreds or thousands of years.…[Read more]

Religion, in its current (not to mention it’s old form) confuses me. It should be blindingly obvious that it’s a fraud.

I’ll take any kind of beer. Premium, domestic, craft home brewed. Global warming is a bitch. Pity the US president doesn’t believe in it.

Sorry if this offends or upsets, but I have no patience or tolerance for any religion. At another site, I had my grammar critiqued. Hopefully never again!
