To Do or not To Do 6 years, 7 months agoWell…at least you answered the question lol
Sounds like the perfect solution. Shall we just freeze 100 humans and wait for aliens to come visit, revive us and fix all our problems?

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 7 months agoI say fuck all that. Just have a lotto, the winners don’t get sterilized. Say 1% get to have a precious baby. Problem solved. Now we have massive resources for the education and betterment of those children. Why does the right to pollute the world with offspring trump all else?
lol, otherwise I agree, option 2. We are almost there already living…[Read more]

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 7 months agoI personally would be extremely resistant to option 1 and willing to do option 2 (and I have no plans to have kids and HATE the heat and cold and love long showers and long cooked meals.

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 7 months agoWe all know we are heading to climate doom and that there is no way countries (especially the US) will do whats necessary to stop it. It’s likely to be very very very bad even with notable changes (which won’t happen until there are problems that really disrupt people’s lives right in their faces). So I thought I’d ask everyone a set of questions.…[Read more]

Atheist Zone 6 years, 9 months agoIt happened to me once so I now type anything longer than a few sentences in Word and then copy and paste it. The downside to this is that hyperlinks I embed in the word document (sometimes about 30 of them in Sunday School) are not transferred over and the same is true for any formatting such as italics or bold type.

Atheist Zone 6 years, 9 months agoFeeling dumb because it took me so long to figure this out, but smart because it’s an important discovery.
Somehow, several of my AZ login sessions have happened to expire right in the middle of writing a post, causing the Submit button to malfunction, with no clue/indication about what failed or why.
I have managed to log in, refresh the screen…[Read more]

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 9 months agoI was reading how at least 4 in 10 of young black men who die are murdered. It is the leading cause of death. It is taken to be normal. Thousands of times a day, radio station play songs that glorify murder. The musical and commercialized production of material that incites violence marches on. Why is this allowed? Is this covered under our r…[Read more]

Useless post. Is a gay flag over the doorway to the HR department businesslike? How about a daily bible verse on several office whiteboards. How about when all of your bosses discuss events at the same church or how about the Hispanic support network that has meetings…

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 10 months agoTo shame them would be like shaming gingers for having ginger hair.
I agree but at least gingers have a support network.
Oh I hope nobody is offended by that 🙂

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 10 months agoDavis, I think you have hit on the second most important topic for improving our species, even if we differ on methods. The only thing more important than encouraging acceptance is our ecosystem. Unfortunately I am embarrassed by my country on both counts. It does not feel good to be an American right now. Go Greta 😉

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 10 months agoUnfortunately a small number of people do have a hormonal imballance. It’s something they cannot help. To shame them would be like shaming gingers for having ginger hair. If you like doing that kind of thing, then go for it.
But trying to protect the feelings of someone who has no physical problem but overconsumes is ridiculous overreach. If we…[Read more]

To Do or not To Do 6 years, 10 months agoThere is always condemnation for “fat-shaming”. But not everyone has a “hormonal imbalance” or a medical condition that makes them 100lb or more overweight. Some people are just fat (yes I said it) because they consume too much sugar and eat too much processed food and drink too much beer. And they don’t do any aerobic exercises. To Do or not To Do 6 years, 10 months agoAlso, no one had a problem at work telling me to go eat a sandwich. My GF is also very thin. At least 10 times a day she gets comments from random people. To me she looks like a normal person in the 1970’s.
