That should be Thank Gregor Mendel, Norman Borlaug, and Genentech for GMOs. Gaia née Earth just unconsciously provided the raw materials.
And the most important reason for thanks is The Green Revolution that saved a billion humans from starvation. This helps people cope with reality without psychotropic drugs.
