I’ve never been a fan or even watched her show, but if we’re in the age of celebrity pols she’d be vastly better than Mr. Art of the Tweet. She’s got major drawing power, and the D’s don’t have anyone else remotely charismatic or compelling in the wings. Since it won’t be Al Franken, I’d go for Oprah.

I just watched a rerun of the Golden Globes and heard her speech. It was very good….presidential even. I was glad to hear her mention Recy Taylor whose story I had linked in yesterdays Sunday School.

I am sick of  stupid americans genuflecting to high mucky-muk  personalities and electing them our president.  Haven’t we learned a thing?  An actor, a reality host, and now a daytime talk show host?  Whose next? How about Kim Kardashian, with an ass like that she is highly qualified to be prez.

Compared to Trump she would be teriffic.  Over the years i have had the impression she is dumb as smoke off shit.  She has endorsed faith healers and idk lots of shit that escapes me now that makes her average, which is to say dumb as smoke off shit.

I hate to break it to you. But it’s a little late for complaining about that. If there is anything that Donald Trump did for America, it was that he proved that ANYBODY can become PrezidENT of the EU NITED States! lol.

One downside is that Winfrey is a huge believer in nonsense and has a history of not even being able to comprehend atheism. She’s never said anything that isn’t obviously going to be embraced by her fans. And how quick they forget.
