I don’t go on TikTok, so I had to look up “sharking.” No I don’t support sharking or upskirting or any nonconsensual sexual act.
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine did not have such esoteric terminology and thus is easy to understand.

I have never been down with Islam. In fact the tolerance, neigh encouragement by the lefties to a barbaric ideology makes me puke.

This was your first post in the thread entitled War In Europe, It Has Begun:
Now, bear in mind that today’s weapons of conventional warfare are orders of magnitude more lethal than the corresponding weapons available to both sides (short of the atom bomb, of course) in WW2. Smart bombs, laser-guided missiles, tactical nukes, antitank m…

I feel, in this moment of Hamas vs Israeli history, there is no “right side of history”.
Humanity has fucked up here, with no quick fix. All we can do now to inform our future, is to review history, debate, cry, and determine if there’s any way to “start over”. (There probably isn’t, but we can try to keep from failing again.)

Sure. He’s the one who doesn’t see our astronomical gun death problem as even a problem, because it’s basically a kind of “cost of doing business” if you want virtually no control over who gets to have them.
Still, “Lucky”??? Where’s the “luck” in getting shot and killed???

China and India would still be the biggest Carbon belchers on the Planet just by sheer dint of their numbers and the resources needed to support them. I remember a CNN report in the late Nineties of a black cloud on the Sino-Indian border that killed hundreds of thousands in a single sweep. I seriously doubt they’ve got rid of that much…[Read more]

Sunday School 8 months, 2 weeks agoJust about everyone outside China underestimates China. They added about 357GW of wind and solar capacity in 2024. The total in the EU was about 80GW and the USA, a maximum of 60GW. China will probably be further ahead this year, around the 500GW mark.
