The developing world would have a lot less child mortality if we could stop reverse-developing nations from recruiting and kidnapping children for combat. Maybe FEMA’s Gregg Phillips could teleport Iran’s children safely away from the IRGC:
Iran accused of war crime for recruiting children; FEMA official claims he was teleported by…[Read more]

That is generous of Ukraine to send drones to open up the Strait, even though Ukraine is still facing problems with Putin.
I just hope when this is all over, the drones don’t end up used against the West by equally dangerous Sunni regimes and terrorists.

There is a new study done on benefits of getting the Shingles vaccine. I will get it soon as I had chicken pox when I was young.
Highly recommended. I got my two shots a few years ago, since I had Chicken Pox as a kid. The Shingles vaccine comes in a pair of shots spaced out over 2-6 months and you get to have fun saying the…[Read more]

I get the connection you’re making, but really, is there more than just the name to discredit good science in a different discipline?
I’ll take as a win, the fact that we agree about Musk.

Musk is out of his depth on vaccines (and probably on rocketry too, judging from how he like to blow shit up on his laugh pads)…
But just gotta say, Germany isn’t helping it’s case by naming it’s vaccine regulator the Paul Ehrlich Institute, if this is the same one who wrote The Population Bomb which held that we humans reached…[Read more]

Science — the kind that requires evidence and reason. 1 day, 5 hours agoMusk has blinders on like other groups he promotes on X who have trouble separating facts from conspiracy theories. I first realized this when he completely misunderstood and discounted how rapid Covid tests work, and what can cause false positives or negatives. He ranted against them, before many people learned how crucial they would become. Now…[Read more]

That should be Thank Gregor Mendel, Norman Borlaug, and Genentech for GMOs. Gaia née Earth just unconsciously provided the raw materials.
And the most important reason for thanks is The Green Revolution that saved a billion humans from starvation. This helps people cope with reality without psychotropic drugs.

In a way, Trump has been their instrument for pushing their single-party-power…[Read more]
