The art business is essentially a tax shelter and display of excess wealth. We live in a time when a pixelized permutation of cartoon ape brings 6 figures and we are correctly portraying ourselves as apes. Clearly there seems to be a need to remove all skill and creativity from our culture.

We’ll be listening to that one 50 years from now for sure. That and the other 100,000 songs generated this week. When will we find the time to consume all these masterpieces? Maybe they will pay you to listen? I think they may have to.

Sunday School 1 year, 8 months agoI agree that natural disasters can trigger a rise in paranormal beliefs. I saw it happen when we had Hurricane Andrew down in South Florida.

Everyone had a miracle story. I opened the inside garage door just as parts of the roof flew away. Coconuts were pelting the side of the house. We stayed in the bathtub with blankets on our heads. The…[Read more]

Nice summary, Pope. I never felt like Putin would be done after taking the Donbass or the entire country of Ukraine. That scenario makes no sense, and the Soviets understood that very well. The neighbor states (old Soviet bloc) in the area such as Finland and Poland seem to concur as they are more proportionally supplying Ukraine and gearing…[Read more]

Smith should keep trying and make the king pardon himself. Worth every penny. But yeah, the evidence should be fun at least.
When Trump/Musk kills the Affordable Care Act, and cuts pensions, Medicare and Social Security at least we won’t have illegal Mexicans picking our veggies. People will die for their Orange Mussolini and probably be happy…[Read more]

I remember years ago you said something along the lines that our human rights are only real because some government is there to give and uphold those rights to us. Now with the high court and congress all under our new king-elect, those rights are in peril. We will know how bad it is gonna get when we see how hard he starts going after his…[Read more]

Bernie is correct but the difference is more than just that. “Great Again” was when a woman totally needed a man to thrive, blacks were 2nd class and LGBTQ were closeted. That’s what this is all really about.

Looks the Medicare, Social Security, Affordable Health Care Insurance, The Environment, Ukraine, Church/State separation, Womans Rights, LGBTQ+ rights, voting accessibility, migrant workers, and Fed. agencies such as FEMA are all on the chopping block. Vladmir Pootin’ and fat lil’ Kim must be so relieved that all their money was well spent.
