The illegal settlers have nothing to do with Hamas or Gaza, who have been DE-occupied for years, but of course, Israel should dismantle all the illegal settlements, just like the 18 settlements they gave up in the Sinai Peninsula when they returned it to Egypt as part of the peace agreement. Israel won the Sinai after Egypt, Syria, and Jordon…[Read more]

The far left, being mostly very educated, influential, privileged, guilt-ridden whites has already sent a huge chunk of lower middle/working class traditional dem voters to the populist right with stupid shit like identity politics, defund the police, open the borders, tent-lined, downtown streets, squatters’ rights, Hamas are freedom fighters,…[Read more]

I don’t see much difference between a group that worships gods or a group that worships dead ancestors with the help of voodoo witch doctors. The whole Trail of Tears episode and the associated “Ghost Dance” that led to the massacre of hundreds was hardly different than Jews praying in death camps while waiting to be murdered. It’s the same kind…[Read more]

There are religions without Gods (some native Australian, Native American and indigenous African ones). They are still atheists (they lack belief in a God). Some versions of Bhuddism, Taoism, Confucianism etc are also Godless.
I mention frequently that we should be careful not to talk about the average atheists as a Western skeptic humanist. We…[Read more]

We sort of keep forgetting that the overwhelming majority of Atheists are Chinese, who don’t give a single thought to religion on a daily basis, let alone be bitter by it.

What I am unhappy about is that LGTBQ+ parades are necessary. When queer children are no longer relentlessly bullied into suicide, people don’t have to think twice about holding their partners hands in some neighbourhoods or mentioning the gender of their partner, the insults end, the ridicule and locker room nastiness stops and the attempt to…[Read more]

re: Jesus: The Gospel Disharmony….
If they can’t even get that right, it’s a fiction.
Finally, the most dramatic discrepancy in the gospels: Jesus’s last words on the cross:
“My God, why hast thou forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46; Mark 15:35).
“Father, into Thy hands I commit my spirit” (Luke 23:46).
“It is accomplished” (John 19:30). -

Well, we can pull up some recent research as well….clearly states the male advantage is “baked-in”.

Testosterone drives much of the enhanced athletic performance of males through in utero, early life, and adult exposure. Many anatomical sex differences driven by testosterone are not…[Read more]

Review of literature showing there is no conclusive evidence transwomen on average have a competitive advantage:

This article focusses on transgender youth sports, and the lack of evidence that there is an unfair advantage (at the youth level), the harm it causes, the insidious nature of…[Read more]

Tennis is not even that much of a strength game but there are more than 200 male tennis players who can easily beat the top woman.
At the height of the Williams boom in 1998, an unofficial game took place in Australia after Serena and Venus claimed that no male player outside the top 200 could beat them.
Up stepped a German known as Karsten…

Debates won’t matter anyways; courts will decide one way or another and female athletes will probably migrate to certain states. Then it may eventually be decided by the SCOTUS.

There are certainly ways to ensure fairness and balance in transwomen competing in sports. There was already rules in place which ensured that trans-women were taking estrogen, had been doing so for a period of time, had transitioned and other measures which deemed there was no unfair advantage.
Alas, prejudice wins again and again. Under the…[Read more]

I feel that transwomen who compete in girls’ sports reflect poorly on the trans community. How can they think this is fair when they are able to just smoke the field? It is a shame because most young people are very pro-trans, but this forcing-of-will is probably a setback.
