Health nuts should be more enticed than regular meat cuz of not using hormones and probably antibiotics along with controlling type and percent of fat.
This thought has been with me a bit: I saw a package of chicken that boasted it was “Cruelty-Free and Free Range” and simultaneously “Free of Antibiotics”.

I’ve heard lab grown meat is served in restaurants in Singapore. Still a process that needs to be refined. Carbon emissions will be significantly lower i think. Land requirements obviously far lower. The cells still need food so i guess that and energy are required. How much compared to animal farms? No can say.
