    Reg:

    World of Woo: Raw Milk.

Basically, when you drink raw milk, any air-bourne, water-bourne, ground-bourne, and carcass-bourne pathogen that contacts the udders comes with it: e coli, salmonella, trichinae, listeria, wisteria, cryprosporidia, ghiardia, H1N1, and other viruses, bacteria, and microbes.. Definitely not the Milk of Human Kindness, or even pet kindness, since they too can get sick and die from raw milk. And no added calcium or Vitamin A and D from raw milk either and it costs more than Pasteurized milk on Amazon.

Raw milk drinkers will tell you that more people die from infected produce than raw milk. What they don’t know or tell is that infected produce is typically organic and has contact with the same pathogens as raw milk and is untreated or unclean, and organic produce is another woo product.

For all of his complaints about toxins from Big Food, Big Pharma, and Big Data, RFK JR forgot about the things that predated them all: Big Biosphere and Big Stupidity.

I largely agree, although it must be said that there is environmental benefit when farming with less chemicals, and advancing integrated pest management (IPM). If I had more money to spare, I’d be paying more to support those farmers.

Speaking of farmers, or at least some of them, they can better afford their experiences of drinking raw milk because they’re more aware of how to mitigate risks of pathogens in their product. However, I’m absolutely certain that RFK Jr.’s ideals and arrogance will lead to the premature death of thousands of people, even kids. Probably has already led to deaths, but he’s also in charge of whether or not and how to notice.

It’s interesting to think about the conditions where it’s optimal for the individual to cooperate, or to compete.  As a species, it’s necessary to cooperate to survive.  As individuals, it’s sometimes optimal to cheat.

As I’ve observed before, everything is natural and everything is chemicals and you can say both at the same time.

Organic farming does use pesticides when other. preventive measures fail, however, organic standards prohibit Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), even when GMO can produce plants more resistant to preying insects and more attractive to insect eaters.

Are Pesticides Used in Organic Farming–Institute for Environmental Research and Education
    https://iere.org/are-pesticides-used-in-organic-farming/

Also. Organic farming produces less per acre and thus requires more clear-cut wilderness land to produce the same yield as non-organic farming. Organic Farming is really not “Green”.

Speaking of farmers, or at least some of them, they can better afford their experiences of drinking raw milk because they’re more aware of how to mitigate risks of pathogens in their product.

Actually, most farmers are intimately aware of where cows roam outdoors and how they have diarrhea on their udders. This is one of many reasons why almost all milk on the market is Pasteurized. Pasteurization is the mitigation.

Non-Pasteurized milk is the fringe exception like poisonous Fugu fish in Japan. Both products should be confined to consenting adults who sign a waiver that states that the consumers take their own lives in their own hands.

However, I’m absolutely certain that RFK Jr.’s ideals and arrogance will lead to the premature death of thousands of people, even kids. Probably has already led to deaths, but he’s also in charge of whether or not and how to notice.

There have already been deaths in Samoa from RFK Jr.’s quackery, as well as measles death in the contiguous 50 States caused by the anti-vax mindset he encourages. Remember, RFK Jr. is a lawyer not a Doctor.

True, even water’s technically a chemical. So’s arsenic, and cyanide, the latter being in almonds in the past, in amounts that people died from, until someone discovered an accidentally GMO’d (by nature) almond with negligible cyanide. (Obviously natural evolution is built exclusively on accidents. And I’m aware, “GMO” was actually coined to refer specifically to lab tweaks. Oh no, that rhymes with lab leaks.)

I understand all you wrote, and agree with most of it. I took an IPM course. Ag and other sciences (like medical) are learning to employ other naturally occuring (and often adaptive) species to solve problems that used to require chemical solutions. While marketing departments game “organic” woo angles.

Samoans, I’ll look into that, thanks. More RFK epidemics to come… I wonder if he knows the small pox vax connection to cow pox.

83 measles deaths in Samoa from RFK Jr’s hyping of anti-vax sentiment in 2019.

That same anti-vax sentiment is at work now in the present U.S. measles outbreak. Ground Zero of the measles outbreak in the U.S. is South Carolina, most cases stemming from Spartanburg County, which has the biggest number of religious exemptions for government school vaccination requirements. Dr. Oz’ too-little-too-late urgings to get the vaccine don’t undo God talk.

As for Oz’ boss, RFK Jr. and his raw milk moustache obviously doubts that cows can be a vector for disease, so small pox vaccine for RFK Jr. is out of the question.

RFK Jr. probably thinks it can all be cured with balancing of Humors, Chakras, and Animal Magnetism, all during a Mercury Retrograde…Inshallah.

I wonder if Trump and RFK Jr has a deal going to sell rectal flashlights and bleach syringes that has something to do with this decision? Or Ivormectin is getting Medicare coverage? Maybe Trump ally Modi is offering to bottle and sell Ganges water?
