Fellow Unbelievers,

Glad that Iran’s nuclear weapons facilities have been at least partially destroyed. Glad also that this is giving tyrants of the world much pause.

Was disappointed that the Mullahs could still have more materials left. Also that Israel accidentally hit the prison for the Mullah regime’s political dissenters. I hope no dissenters were hurt by this collateral damage.

Also bummed out that the U.S. has a base actually defending Qatar, the home of Al-Jazeera, the worldwide propaganda springboard for Islamism. And while it is good the Assad regime is out in Syria, it is now headed by an Al-Qaeda man. Somehow, our interventions abroad always end up putting us on the hook for friend and foe alike and that has to stop.

Well, must wait and see what comes next.

He’s been itching to feel wielding lethal power and I think he enjoyed bombing Iran probably mostly because of his blood lust, knowing that he probably killed a bunch of Iranian scientists by collapsing their roof onto them. Remember when he said…

He’s sending soldiers out to put down protests, probably hoping someone will get killed so that he can finally get the respect/fealty he dreams he deserves.

Some serious FAFO going on in Trump’s base.

But why should he care? He won the election, surrounded himself with “yes” people, and is in a position to wield the lethal power he’s been lusting for almost unchecked. Yesterday (or the day before?) the Supremes asserted that he absolutely can round up and deport people with little or no habeas corpus. I assume that unless Congress intervenes with legislation forbidding the use of anonymous masked ICE agents  arresting people without even brandishing arrest warrants will continue.

There is good reason to panic.

Israeli strike on Evin prison was absolutely deliberate. I have not read anything about any prisoners dying in that strike.

They also hit that clock in Tehran that was supposed to be the doomsday for Israel. A totally symbolic strike in that case.

Read that article. It is just horrible how the lefties have fixated on Israel and given a pass to Islamic brutality.

He’s a textbook narcissist.  His government is full of them.  Hitler was, and Putin is, the malignant, sadistic kind.  Trump has these tendencies, but his main motivation is just power and glory for himself and being Number 1 in the universe.  While the rest of us are cooperative, they’re fundamentally competitive in outlook and favour ideologies of dominance.

Not that Evin shouldn’t be razed, of course, just that the victims should first be out of harm’s way.

Bombing the entrance, then parachuting to the inmates widely scattered tools for escape and weapons for resistance would be most cromulent with this goal.

(I say “most cromulent” because there would still be some risk to the inmates, but they would at least be empowered to free themselves. Either way. the fault of the inmates’ fates is ultimately with the Mullahs.)

In retrospect that strike on Evin was likely intended to be nothing but symbolic. That prison is a symbol of the power, arbitrary power, and control over the subjects. Precision strike. I know i read a few hundered IRGC were killed by IAF on that day if memory serves. Perhaps it was at that prison or some of the IRGC were killed in that strike.

Think about it. The prisoners may be weak, emaciated, sleep deprived. Likely a shit load of guards ready to shoot em on the spot if they try to escape. So unless there was a coordinated action in which the escaping prisoners reconnoitered with some resistance forces then it would be suicide. Weapons alone would only lead to their demise i suspect.

CNN is saying the bombing did not do jack shit to the nuclear program of the Iranian regime. “Sources” said… So that may or may not mean anything. Meanwhile there are millions of Iranian citizens jonesing to gain independence and no clear path.

You are correct it would take a plan and I was admittedly too hasty,…But how much is beyond the people who brought the world the escape from Sobibor, the Lodz ghetto uprising, the operation to free the Falashas from Ethiopia, the raid on Entebbe, or who placed drones behind enemy lines in Iran probably months or even years in advance?

I hope Israel hasn’t lost that kind of daring against the odds.

Pathology or whatever, he’s a wannabe authoritarian, with enough minions to support that dream/fantasy. I said some time ago that his erratic behavior could come in handy one day, and maybe the ceasefires (if they last) are evidence of the Mullah’s taking a break from trying to prove their dedication to Allah with such force. In any case, Iranians might see this as an opportunity to rise up against the theocracy. (Maybe this is just my fantasy.)

While I should make clear, his erratic behavior is otherwise mostly destructive.

Other than that I think you and I are on the same page, wrt that post.
