I’ve never understood that Dawkins quote either. The God of the Old Testament destroyed the world once. The God of the New Testament and the Qu’ran destroyed the world once and wants to do it again. Once again. a distinction without difference.
As far as that bearing arms amendment and what i want is good regulations and major penalties for arms bearers failing to attain the requirements beforehand. Prove you know what you are doing with a gun safety course or test passed. No sales to minors. No weapons that are ridiculously lethal. Just reasonable shit.
