Enco,
The issues you cited were legal. Those were the law. Economics interests and cultural sensibilities influence the decisions that change the law.
Declaratory Judgment is a tool. It is not the same as an issue fully litigated and having a judgment. In the matter of seizing ballots it could be quite useful. Since it can define the terms and…[Read more]

Reg,
That is a good segue for the latest episode of Real Time and the dire predictions involving AI.

Agree with Reg. Not a 4th amendment constitutional issue requiring probable cause. Bill of rights is about protecting individual citizens in their freedom, liberty etc. from government overreach. Not sure there is even precedent for this sort of thing. Seizing ballots? Not just seizing ballots but doing it in a systematic way in an attempt to…[Read more]

Politics 1 month, 1 week agoI don’t know any of the law concerning presidential pardons but the notion that a pardon eliminates the duty of restitution does not make sense to me. The victims have constitutional rights and that is at a minimum an unjust taking.

I see what ya did there. I have my own dietary laws that have nothing to do with religious foolery. Just borne of my sensibilities. Lets see. No mixing butter with jam on bread. Mayo on french fries i despise. Chopped onion on tuna is a no never don’t do it ever.
Public’s algorithmics demanded the ham-handed. Candace is candid in…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 month, 1 week agoYeah Enco,
Agreed. Regime change is THE GOAL. Islamic stay in power and the goal is same but with greater urgency.
I listened to Christiannnnnneeee Amanpooooooooooooooooooooooor discuss the Iran war. She was very careful to exclude Islam from her lexicon. She used words like military and ideological but not Islamic, theocracy or terrorist.

Sunday School 1 month, 1 week agoWhen it comes to the salient factors in handicapping horse races there is zero question that trainer is the or among the most important factors.
I use a handicapping tool known as formulator that enables its users to do research into trainers. It is fairly comprehensive. You might want to know how the trainer does second starters/special weight…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 month, 1 week agoThe Kentucky Derby used to have a handicapping proviso regarding so called dosage index. It was a pedigree formula that incorporated prior success connected to pedigree and “no horse with a dosage index higher than x has ever won the derby.”

The tolerance of and granting power to one with such mercurial proclivities lays at the hands of Americans. Can’t rely on anything he says to divine his intentions. Politically that can have advantages.

I think Iran war is to point of no return. Agree completely regarding its execution. However, at this point if A & I (see what i did there?) declare victory and allow the regime to remain in power I think it is going to be a blood bath of historical note.
The most religious fanatics will be in power and the fear of losing power will cause…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 month, 2 weeks agoI have been thinking how AI might be employed to counteract the sleep of reason. All over the globe the somnambulence of reason is in perpetual season. Peaks its head out from time to time before it is whack-a-moled into its interstices where it is in semi-hibernation.
The level of ignorance and stupidity is mind numbing. It might be excused…[Read more]
