Strange one that. I have tested several and can’t find any problems. Let me know if there is a specific link that is not working. Maybe Jesus is just screwing around with us.

Sunday School 3 years, 10 months agoCan anyone tell me what religious discoveries have benefited humanity in the last 20 years?
I can hardly ever debate a theist that will not introduce scientific topics into the conversation almost immediately. Within a minute I know that they have no idea about what they are talking about.

In my work life I have one foot in the IT sector. The price for anything “free” on the Internet is your data gets mined. Whatever you “give them” is retained forever. I once opened a (free) email account with a name from the Gaelic language with an email provider in India. There would be nobody in India with that name. My password was 63 charact…[Read more]

Cats do not want our approval.
Unseen, if I ever come face to face with a cat that size it can have my approval. If it wants anything else, it can have that too 🙂

Sunday School 3 years, 10 months ago@Encog, I know exactly what you meant. I was writing sarcastically about what theists claim about us not believing in anything rather than suggesting you were hinting at that. My bad 🙂

What? Are you saying you atheists believe in nothing? I don’t want to meet people who believe in nothing.

Sunday School 3 years, 10 months agoI would agree that religion is a deep-seated human trait. But that does not mean it is genetic. There is no “god gene”. Religions arose due to human ignorance and our predisposition to need an answer to what we didn’t understand. Any answer, to the uncritical mind, even if it is the wrong answer, is better than no answer. We don’t know ergo it…[Read more]
