Recently read that our bodies continue to move for up to a year after dying.

Sunday School 4 years, 3 months agoAnother potential consequence is wrongful life suits. Ideally the states where abortion is criminal would be defendants but that violates the constitution. But rapists would be the defendants.
Ideology is a dangerous human tendency.

Sunday School 4 years, 3 months agoThat is an interesting test case.
I was once late for court and took a shot going in the HOV lane. Thought i was scot free but where traffic merged there were three cop cars. I thought quick and put my black briefcase at same height as my faccia. Did not work. I guess i could have told the cop about my alter egos.

Enco, whachoo smokin man?
What insult? I simply informed you that i would not reply. I would give a dog his day. The clubbing of seal metaphor was in reference to matters of intellect in which you are sadly deficient. It is amusing though how you imagine yourself a thinker inside that Rodin sculpture. All ideologues are intellectually limited.

From Autumn: There’s an assumption that their experience of life transposes onto others, but those others had some moral failing where they did not.
Spot on.

Enco, it is your lucky day. Gonna let you count coup. However don’t take my charity as weakness or i will bludgeon you with a wooden club like some unfortunate seal pup.

Sunday School 4 years, 4 months agoBelle, i began to watch the Shitner series. Could not make it through one story. Found it to be utter BS. The universe is from our perspective crazy nuff, don’t need to fabricate shit.

Unseen, ya gotta be incredibly dull or have something peculiur about your brain so that all utterances are taken literally to not understand those cold shots.
Reg, smoked salmon is great when your horse is a lox. Fairyhouse images look great-bucolic setting. Some day i gotta get to Ireland. Have heard there is great hiking and while i would not…[Read more]

Reg, I’ve intentionally avoided reading about fish. Finally in Mama’s book i read the fish section. But i aint stopping. My ass likes fish . I am good with a little hypocrisy. I also recognize horse racing ain’t all peaches and cream.

Enco is right about a distinction. Even a blind squirrel chances on a nut.
Ny Times v. Sullivan. Supreme court case makes celebrity/public figures have a more difficult standard as plaintiffs to prove defamation.

As soon as i read grey i thought of that line i must have heard 100 times. ALWAYS BET THE GREY.

Gambling is life! Even so i hardly ever wager on anything but equines. Not just thoroughbreds but predominantly thoroughbred. My favorite breed is Arabian. Much slower than thoroughbreds but not understood nearly as well and easily my highest ROI (return on investment) Occasional wagers on Paints, Quarters and even mules.…[Read more]

I have to bring it back to horse racing.
There is a new federal law, acronym HISA, horse racing integrity safety act. It is intended by congress to address the lack of uniformity in horse racing regulations and specifically stop bad actors who dope horses and the like. So the agency that is appointed to administer the act required trainers, and…[Read more]

MAGA is for the quixotic American idealist troglodyte. It harkens back to days of yore when niggers, kikes, spics, gays and women knew their place and men delivered the occasional beatings with impunity. Kids were forced to go to church. Good Whites did not have to integrate with sons of Ham. No threats to male Christian status. Hierarchy fixed.…[Read more]

It takes a very stable genius to announce in advance of the election that if he loses the election it is rigged. Anyone else would wait for the results and evidence of tampering/fixing for fear of losing credibility.

Yeah Autumn, Trump’s lack of credibility gives him credibility. What views? Really, what does he stand for other than himself? There is an appeal that is not easily duplicated and a revulsion that is not easily avoided. What is the opposite of professorial? A guy like O’Rourke is to my eye as likeable and personable and relatable without that…[Read more]

From Autumn: It sounds like the law is addressing harassment and cyberbullying rather than ‘insults’ per se, though possibly it’s poorly written without proper clarification on what constitutes ‘insults’
