Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoI too had forgotten about Natan Sharansky. It is good to read a different perspective, especially when it is from someone whose life experience gives it a weighting that basement pundits can never attain.

Who are you and where are your badges?
This is probably one of those stories where there are no heroes. Must investigate further…
Private security should be bound by the same restrictions as law enforcement officers. And town hall meetings should have speakers from the audience line up and each have a fixed set of time to say their piece…[Read more]

I had forgotten that Natan Sharansky is still around and was pleased to read his words of wisdom.
Too many people on the Right will rightly condemn Hamas horrors on October 7, Iran’s Islamist terror and nuclear aspirations, Red China’s flexing of power, and Wokeism is the West, but mysteroiusly they have a blind spot about Putin’s Russia.…[Read more]

I had to look up pussy hat wearers. So i take it generically as feminists.
Yes the brave women who have survived Islamic hell cultures and tried to warn the west have been shunned by feminists. Can’t allow the values you supposedly cherish to get in the way of your religion. The women who KNOW Islam firsthand refer to lefties of their ilk…[Read more] -

Never thought that The Jeruselem Post would play the internet forum game of “You Know Who Else?”
While there are some similarities, if it’s any solace, the paper-hanging son-of-a-bitch never made even a ham-handed attempt to reduce the size or budget of governemnt in his entire career.

It is telling that the pussy-hat wearers in America are nowhere to be found in solidarity with the women who stand against the death cult of Islam, women like Betty Mahmoody, Wafa Sultan, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Yasmeen Muhammad, or any of the brave women throwing their burquas onto bonfires in Iran. In the West, Sisterhood is not so beautiful.

You’re right, those things are true. There’s a sore deal for men there. However, they’re there for reasons of practical necessity – someone’s got to do those jobs, and women are not excluded from them.
True, though de facto few women do these jobs. Automating and robotizing these jobs could help, though production of the tech and it’s…[Read more]

This finding is exactly consistent with patriarchy behaving as a moral domain whose overarching method is to dominate and control women and their sexuality. Women are subject to all kinds of rules that men are not. The more they try to assert self-determination, the more they are slapped down by patriarchy.
Not to take away from the…[Read more]

It should also be pointed that the Jewish zionist microbiologist Kligler led a campain in mandatory Palestine to eradicate malaria. The land that was purchased by Jews and Jewish organizations was mostly swampy garbage land that could not be farmed and caused a great many deaths from malaria. Not meant as snide at all. This just highlights greater the need for Critical Thinking, not to mention the folly of leaning on computers, whether AI or pre-AI, to consider the larger context in which the writer is using words. They’ve got a long learning curve to go.

Sunday School 1 year, 2 months ago@Enco – You might want to do your own spell-checking instead of farming it out. It would be a better loving example to people you want to teach Critical Thinking.
I did. Liar and lair are both considered correct by any spell checker. It was a typo on my behalf and it was in the Sunday School post. But thanks for the rather snide comment.
