BTW @RegTheFronkeyFarmer, the main problem I was having was that, in the list of Groups, there were blank spaces in several parts of the list where several groups should have appeared. Our elevated rights groups weren’t appearing, so I couldn’t reach you or R…[Read more]

Sunday School 3 weeks, 4 days agoSo, I note that the Forums still aren’t restored. If the data is lost, will it at least be restarted by restoring the topics? I’m particularly missing the “Nobody saw this coming” thread following The Warning’s musical progress.

Somehow that word bespoke escaped my attention until a few weeks ago.“Bespoke” meaning a custom or one-off design is not a “thing” in American colloquial English. It’ll send most of us running to the dictionary.

I was trying to write something about the “MAGA -Mar-a-Goo” face (sic) (or sick) with the idea of the 3 witches conspiring to rig the election in 2028……….they make their own botox using:
Eye of newt and toe of frog, wool of bat and tongue of dog…..
Then Kristi Noem says “Out damn Spot”…..and shoots her dog 🙂
So I dropped what I had…[Read more]

All (in turn):
Double, double, gloss and glare,
Lights that bleach the midnight air;
Blend the sheen and smooth the line,
Freeze the brow and seal the shine.Fill it now with curated glow,
Truth runs thin where filters flow;
Polish cheek and tighten grin,
Let no hint of doubt break in.Drop of serum, pull of thread,
Lift the jaw and smooth the…[Read more] -

Thunder. Lightning. A terrace at Mar-a-Lago.
Enter Laura Loomer, Kristi Noem, and Kimberly Guilfoyle
Loomer:
When shall we three meet again?
In sunshine, rally, or on the air?Noem:
When the polling dips and spins begin,
And truth grows thin in heated glare.Guilfoyle:
That will be ere the set of sun,
When tweets are fired and claims are…[Read more] -

I find it disturbing how far individual officials are willing to stretch legal authority. The cynic in me says “This is part of “MAGA mission creep” for a third term. But the crux of it will be where the situation becomes less about grand schemes and more about how systems behave under pressure. So I think the courts will hold solid.

Does that mean the seizure is unconstitutional, even if the warrant is valid?I’m still learning on the fly. My newest question is about how or whether or not it’s even possible to fight this, and federal actions like seizing ballots or voter rolls/databases from states. Marc Elias would be the expert here. In fact,…[Read more]

To the best of my (limited) knowledge, the “probable cause” claim is bogus. Does that mean the seizure is unconstitutional, even if the warrant is valid?
