I just cannot see how a person articulate and intelligent enough to ask such a question cannot decide the pros and cons of voting for Trump or Harris.

I cannot figure out how some voters are still undecided. How is the difference in choice not obvious to them? They are waiting upon the finer details of certain policies or something?
