  • One of my client sites has a 50/50 mix of Filipinos and Europeans. What I note about the Filipinos is that they are laid back even when working hard, which is always and yet they are always smiling and joking.  I brought in some Ube Halaya for someone’s birthday recently. When I told them the name of the shop I got it in (in Dublin) they started…[Read more]

  • Around 2001 I had a short-term contract where I managed a project for Xerox to install several printers in a large company in Belfast, across 3 sites. My contact on their side was a Unionist who made it very clear to me that he hated people from “the South”. He did not actually say anything directly to me but we both instinctively knew which “tr…[Read more]

  • Yes the CT comparison helps. I can only imagine what a huge disincentive for immigrants. Sending a signal loud and clear that we don’t want you. And Filipiinos are such easy going people. I know a generalization but still…

Dublin or bust. That is no place to raise a family for outsiders.

  • I think the nationalities are not the primary reason that they are being attacked. It is the fact that they are “not us”. These communities have been very insular and unchanged for centuries and are very conservative in their outlook. This has made them very tribal and any “outsider” is seen as a potential threat to destabilizing their social and…[Read more]

  • Reg, the loathed outsiders of Balymena are immigrants from?

That joke about following the daddy is a fill in the blank.

    Thanks Reg

  • I know very few Irish people that really want to have Ulster “rejoin” the rest of Ireland. We are happy with the current situation so long as the peace process holds. Any attempts at reunification will probably mean a return of the paramilitaries on both sides. (As Gerry Adams said about the IRA, “They haven’t gone away, you know”) The zeitgeist…[Read more]

  • Ballymena has historically been known as part of Northern Ireland’s “Bible Belt”, with strong Protestant churches and Unionist figures like Ian Paisley having deep roots in the town. It is very much a Unionist stronghold, culturally and historically aligned with British political identity. The recent unrest has been largely driven by Bally…[Read more]

  • Reg, can you shed some light on the so called anti immigrant riots in Ballymena? Was there rape/sexual assault or is the accusation intended to foment discontent and lawlessness? Is there some particular animus against some particular ethnic group/religion? If so is it confined to northern Ireland?

  • I know about 8 people who work for multinational companies who have turned down opportunities to work in the USA recently and opted to  stay in Ireland or go to a different country instead. 4 of them are US citizens and said they will reconsider in 3.5 years’ time. But will it be too late by then for President Newsom and VP Buttigieg to repair the damage?

  • Robert,

    How to misrepresent my viewpoint!

Oh, and how to synoptically minimize with a focus on subatomic particle component.

Like i have said you are shooting ducks in a bathtub. So many putative ‘intellectuals’ would hop on board that train highlighting the existential threat to the USA that is a clear and present danger. And i aint arguing…[Read more]

    Chickens for KFC !

Ahh, the sweet smell of disillusion burning. Government should be run like a business-going bankrupt.  The Christian right sewing up their hoods yet again. Mussolini made the trains run on time. The inevitable betrayal of solder Musk, even though he gave the Nazi salute. The backwoods christian bigotry and obvious genius of…[Read more]

The one hope to bring the polarized far left and far right is the same that brought together the far left and the Islamists/terrrorists/Islamic. Worked wonders during the reconquista. Hate is or can be a great source of unification. Helped the occupying Nazis be greeted with glee in some places.

    Is…[Read more]

The fascists love their Trump coin and bitcoin and “swasticoin”….

    https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/swasticoin

Some who owned it were selected to attend Trump’s fancy dinner. The “Jew-Proof” banker coin is in the news. JPROOF is the cryptocurrency specifically designed to bypass Jewish libtard bankers. I’m sure the Jewish “intellectuals” w…[Read more]

  • Oh my gawd Pope that speaker is unspeakable. If i never listen to him again it will be too soon. Seeing those Wham-o’s on fire i thought of the children’s crusade. And then the Waymo’s made me suspect Agents Provocateurs!

Bottom line is it must be the zionists. How i hate those White colonialist settler open air prison supporters of apartheid…[Read more]

Some of the farms near us are just letting their crops rot in the fields, nobody to harvest them. The local markets are flooded with produce anyways because all the pre tariff produce that was rushed-in to beat the rise in cost.

    LA Riots

When I saw a Waymo car on fire, it hit me, why tf would any protester light that on fire? Waymos are self-driving taxis, common now in California. How stupid are these protesters?

Wait… unless there’s some false flag hires in there.

Then I watched the video, below, pointing out the same possibility, with some research behind it. (The…[Read more]

I just learned that they were in a K-Pop phase, too, while feeling angsty and making Queen of the Murder Scene.

Looks good! One typo about 1/3 of the way down: Mexicsn.

I just watched their recent concert in Sweden. Above quality fancam, unofficial, in stereo, but still not really a pleasure to listen to for me. I watched because it seemed different, like maybe they were extremely tired, but I didn’t look into it to verify that. Dany made several mistakes…[Read more]
