Okay, Enco, but we do all that shit in the present, which appears to have no duration whatsoever.
Notice the multiple tenses used in my sentences. Those couldn’t exist or mean anything without time. Not to mention observe all the choices available. Those couldn’t exist either in a wholly free will-free Universe.
It seems like…

Fellow Unbelievers,
Meanwhile, real people have been, are now, and will persist in, baking loaves of bread of all varieties, white, wheat, split-top butter, cinnamon raisin, sourdough, and–in spite of everything–rye, pumpernickel, and bagels.
Some of us even make flat breads like tortillas, pitas, and naan. And once these are made, real…[Read more]

Unfortunately, last I heard last night, Trump is backing down on his “help is on the way” for Iran’s protesters, no doubt on the prompting of his Saudi and Qatari donors.
Also, the number of dead, whether formally executed or not, is as high as 20,000, and the numbers came out even before Trump announced he would help. Also, Supreme…[Read more]

Jake, another thing a really bright AI would instruct the Constable is to either provide adequate security for all parties or use emergency powers and tell everybody: “No nice things for you “

Yet another reason not to let AI as it exists now be in charge of anything.
A really bright intelligence would say to the Constable: “Sooo…Let’s see what the 5th and 14th Amendment case law says on cases like this…Oh,wait…You Brits don’t have a written Constitution or Bill of Rights. There’s your trouble…And as for cultural ethos, don’t…[Read more]

I am hoping he and Net. are doing another end around fooled ya and ya don’t like it.
I wouldn’t give Trump that much credit in his second go-around. He’s gone from playing 4-D chess to playing mumblety-peg with tactical missiles.
I am sure he could not care less how much blood is on his hands but he damn sure cares about reputation and l…

I wish they’d keep those kids away. You shouldn’t hear this, kids.

Fret not. I did the hard work of watching so no one else had to. Part of the topic was contained in the article you linked. Perhaps I am too charitable i…[Read more]

“Race riot.”. Very clever. I see what they did there.
If there has to be any preferences in Universities, it should be for Sri Lankans, Rwandans, Balkans, and Singaporans to teach all the DEI Woke Eggheads and Free Palestine-ers that their way lies madness.

Funny thing. The promoters of high-Alkaline “Kangen” water call their concoction “Restructured” water. So basically an old wine in a new bottle.
One of the promoters of “Kangen” Water approached me about it, saying that it’s anti-acidic properties might help my diabetic foot wounds. I don’t think it got though to her when I reminded her…[Read more]

No, “الشعب الإيراني مستعد”. “The Iranian people willing.”
I just hope that there’s no more destruction than is necessary to free the Iranian people. From what I’ve seen of interior pictures, mosques could make really great dance halls and skating rinks.

I’m hoping the Iranians have got this. I do know between between Trump’s sparing of the regime and restraining Israel from taking out the regime, the worse thing that Trump could do is get involved.
Trump’s half-assed handling of Venezuela and Greenland also punctuates this all the more.

If the trinity is going to represent the cross, then it needs to be a 4, not a 3.
Then it would be described by some kind of word incorporating “quad.”
Look, let’s just rope off an empty space where Iyk can be King away from the rest of us, much as we should do with Orange Man Trump.

Jake,
It is not the trying. It is an invalid hypothesis. When people assume the truth of the matter asserted and endeavor to prove their narcissistic biases that they come to by way of indoctrination it is ugly.
