The median age in the State of Palestine is just 20.1 years of age. The state is composed of brainwashed child-idiots who believe they are dependent on foreign mullahs of allah. Once that cycle is broken, they may finally figure out this river-to-the-sea bullshit isn’t working for them and never will.

People who are influential in various fields are well advised to choose their words carefully. Creationists are wont to seize on any soundbite that makes evolution seem questionable to the casual observer. Einstein never should have said god doesn’t…[Read more]

US corporate management decided long ago to outsource manufacturing labor. Labor and environmental regs (so we aren’t drinking carcinogens) are a pain in the ass. We were going to be the managers, the engineers, the world’s bank, the world’s educator, and the world’s example of a wealthy democracy. It did bring incredible wealth to the rich but of…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoIdentify moral actions performed by an atheist that violate religious norms/codes/laws?
Identify religious norms/codes/laws that are immoral?
And yet many atheists are defensive, deferential about morality and say stupid shit like i can be good without god.
“What do you think, that i buried her behind this wall? Is that what you think?”

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoYeah, they can’t seem to grasp that “judgement day”, as administered by the omniscient one, is just a symbolic formality.
However, Satan may have some accommodation issues if he doesn’t have advanced knowledge of our final verdict. It would seem he should at least have a very educated guess since he was causing all that temptation. Exactly how…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoHere is a question I like to ask theists in a “morality debate”. It usually goes along these lines:
Why is your god “always watching” you.
Pray tell Reg but whatever do you mean?
Can you please answer a straightforward question with an answer for once.
Our God is always with us so He sees all the deeds we do.
But why does He have to watch…[Read more]

Simon, which is the more moral choice? The one a person makes because they are afraid an authoritarian god is watching…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoI heard Trump laid a wreath at the tomb of the unknown bone spur and then was talking-up his military-style birthday parade. Us tax-payers are gonna gift that diaper-wearing, shit-stain of a draft dodger a dictator’s parade. Thanks to all the right-wingers for being so generous with the deficit!

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month ago@Simon – In many cultures, morality is subconsciously equated with the prevention of harm. When someone is perceived as “immoral,” they’re often assumed to be capable of causing harm, either emotionally, physically, or spiritually. In moral psychology harm/care is one of the foundational pillars of moral judgment. Moral Foundations Theory covers…[Read more]

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoSimon, I would be opinionated and confrontational. My opinions are “strong” but they are loosely held. I am open to changing them if and when I am persuaded to do so. Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoEnco, how did that never occur to me? Go, go, go read Poe.
Loved his short stories as a kid. And a few of his poems like the one with Anabelle Lee if memory serves and it is better than the drive-through.

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoJust dawned on me, Enco, your comment using poe. You mean to say i assume po, the tagalog word to show respect to an elder or friend? Yea well not too many Filipinos in service work in my area. A few at Costco and that is about all i have observed.

Sunday School 1 year, 1 month agoI sometimes say “only this, nothing more” when i go through a drive through for coffee or whatever. I think only once, maybe twice, has the response been drive right up or some affirmation of understanding. It’s “anything else sir?”
