The word “different” is key to IP claims, and yet it doesn’t mean much at all without some definitional narrowing of the meaning for a particular purpose.

You are the only Christian I have heard ever say that. All the others tell me that the Cross is a representation of the death and, more importantly to them, the resurrection of Christ.

The concept of transformation or enlightenment through suffering and sacrifice is symbolized in the cruciform pose.
