You said elsewhere that you work for the government. Do you work for some secret division investigating hauntings at abandoned military bases or identifying and taking out shape-shifting reptilians? Surely you must be applying your esoteric knowledge to something useful.

Claiming that a civilization existed back in the Carboniferous Period is a highly dubious claim. I think I speak for most if not all of us in saying that, since we can’t investigate every claim, we concentrate on the ones which seem like they MIGHT be true. Investigating UFO’s is something some people do seriously and others not so much.…[Read more]

@Michael – What do Hindus say when you tell them this? Us atheists not believing in your God is one thing but over 1 billion Hindus believing in several “false” gods is much worse, is is not? Why are Christians not telling them…[Read more]

@Michael – then the conundrum is who or what put it there?
How is a conundrum for theists? Is it not a cornerstone of faith to claim that God is the Creator of all things, including the Universe and all than it contains? It is the first sentence in their Book.
It is the atheist that says “I do not know how it all started”. Yet we are constantly…[Read more]

@Michael, Look at it like this. I am trying to understand what you are saying but it makes no sense. You seem to think that you God is real – i.e. not faith based and that we who have no faith should somehow comprehend the concept as you do. It is no more real to us than the god Viracocha is to you. If you can understand what I mean by that then…[Read more]
