Most people can get most of the micro nutrients they need without calculating daily values.

And you know this how? The truth is most people don’t get the micro nutrients they need. That’s why they over eat and constantly feel like they’re hungry when their body really does not need any more calories.

Rather than fixating on a particular diet one should look to a lifestyle change. Don’t see the desired weight as the target but rather seek to become as healthy as possible by combining any dietary changes with exercise.
